Morgan Duren is an entrepreneur and legal professional. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, Morgan started a legal and commercial consultancy that advised investors operating in the US and in emerging markets. She later founded V3i with Neil Duren and has since brought her skillset to bear to support the development of a wide range of companies. Morgan's professional experience includes supporting the negotiation of key commercial contracts with major multinational counterparties, the burgeoning field of cyber security and risk management, and strategic planning.

Neil Duren is an experienced project developer and manager, having worked across the US and in various countries in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf of Mexico. He guides clients through key inflection points in the business lifecycle, including greenfield development, mergers & acquisitions, special situations, strategic opportunities, restructurings, and turnarounds. Neil's professional background spans key areas of commercial operations, including risk analysis and management, greenfield project development, commercialization of industrial technology, business development, and operations..
